England no doubt were on the ropes in the first ODI being 2/27 and chasing a big total but luck was on there sides again as the rain started pouring down and the match was eventually called off. England would have noticed their mistakes and this ODI will obviously try and fix what they did wrong and change any tactics that went wrong like the short pitched bowling. We didn’t get to see too much of the England batsman with only Cook and Kieswetter out but they do have an amazing batting lineup but also keep in mind Pietersen has been rested. The bowling was very much too short in the first ODI and that caused Parthiv Patel to score a lot of runs. The death bowling from Dernbach and Bresnan was very good and that restriected India to a lower total than what they expected after a bright start.
